About
Evidence over hype.
Half-Life Optimization is an independent editorial publication covering peptides, metabolic health, longevity, recovery, and human-performance research for an informed audience.
We do not sell peptides, publish dosing protocols, or tell readers to take experimental compounds. Our work separates mechanism, preclinical evidence, human evidence, limitations, regulatory status, and unanswered questions.
How we work
We read primary sources, regulatory documents, trial registries, and peer-reviewed literature. When evidence is early, we label it early. When a compound is investigational or not approved, we say so plainly.
What Half-Life is for
The goal is to make readers harder to mislead: better at reading claims, better at spotting evidence gaps, and better at understanding why promising research is not the same as proven medicine.
